The 9600 DPM is a top end dictation device to suit the professional market. The ergonomic design lends itself to user friendliness with intuitive, easy to use controls. A slide switch operates the main record and review functions providing familiarity for those accustomed to an analogue device. The large graphical display permits all file information to be displayed clearly. A backlight also allows for usage in poor lighting conditions.
Smart buttons allow the user to scroll through menu options quickly and to make selections with ease, whilst voice commands can be used to assign job data to further increase efficiency and minimise error
On board file encryption and pass word protection all ensure security of the unit and its content is maximised. Personal user pin codes can be used making the 9600 the first HIPAA* compliant recorder on the market.
The software module included (Speech Exec Pro v6 SR) provides the means of transferring files from recorder to PC or laptop for management, sorting, review and transcription. The network based package facilitates the sharing and archiving of dictations, streamlining communication between author and transcriptions.
