The latest edition to the Olympus Pro Line digital dictation range, the DS 5000 recorder can be purchased as a bundle with its accompanying secretarial transcription kit to provide users a complete work flow solution.
Flexibility, functionality and ease of use characterise the unit and software modules included.
Files an author onto the digital recorder are transferred to the dictation module software when the unit is ‘docked’ at the PC or laptop. Dictations are then transferred to a predefined secretary or typing pool via email of network for immediate attention and transcription.
The 5000 range offers all the functionality of former Olympus models with the added advantages of: Greater security, improved folder structure, automatic firmware and software updates, greater device options, user friendly document association and filtered inbox for the secretary.
