Version 11 promises to be the most accurate release to date offering increased flexibility, usability and speed.
The lag time between dictation and text appearing on screen has been noticeably reduced. Anyone with the tendency to pause and wait to watch the dictation transcribe on screen will find their productivity increase significantly.
As ever, improvements have been made to accuracy, but alternations to the DragonBar and Natural Commands ensure the user has a better experience when it comes to functionality and ease of dictation to control applications. The range of shortcut commands for use in email, calendar and for internet and desktop searching make application control much quicker and easier than former releases.

Emails & Diary Scheduling:
You're reviewing a document and realise you need to send an important email to your colleagues: just say "send an email to Steve Chambers and Raphael Sanchez" and Dragon will launch your email program, create a new email and put the names you said into the "To:" box. Need to schedule a meeting instead? Just say "schedule a meeting with Steve Chambers and Raphael Sanchez" and Dragon will do the rest.
Easy Correction & Proofing:
With the ‘playback’ feature, users can listen to their dictation whilst Dragon highlights the corresponding text on the screen for easy proofreading.
Network Ready:
Includes user profile management and security features for enterprise deployments, as well as roaming user support and support for Citrix environments. Administrative tools are provided to allow for the management of larger user populations. Those with large scale deployments can centrally manage voice profiles, custom vocabularies and multiple installations.
Dictate on the Move:
Dictate into any Nuance-certified handheld device (e.g. Olympus DS 5000) for automatic transcription when you sync with your PC.
