I found the training very helpful and the staff patient and intent on finding ways to help you use the software to its best advantage depending on how you needed to use it on the job. In that sense it was tailor made. Thank you

Dragon naturally speaking is an amazing product, it is able to do far more than I expected I am really impressed.
Being able to use this software has meant that I can continue to work full-time. I had considered reducing my hours because I could not cope with the amount of paperwork I had to do. It has made a real difference.
My job involves finding employment for disabled people and advising on adaptions and equipment to help people do their job. I would have no hesitation in recommending Voice Power to my colleagues and my clients.

I have a health problem which has caused severe problems using my computer normally. I was advised to have voice activated software and a voice recorder to help with this problem by Access to Work.
Voicepower were asked to provide a quote along with two other companies. They responded immediately with a price and dates for training whereas the other companies were slow to respond.
Voicepower were easy to deal with and extremely helpful at all times. Training dates were agreed with me over the telephone and then confirmed by email. The training was fine although they had problems when they arrived as my CD drive had not be activated on my PC (employer problem but they got around the problem somehow).
They were patient and understanding and I learnt a great deal. The trainer who came to the last session was particularly good and I felt far more confident after that session.
I still have occasional problems with the equipment but I can usually resolve them myself. It has made a big difference to my work and so has the voice recorder as I still have memory problems!
