Purchasing Online Product Support
When ordering online via our website, some products display the option to purchase support in the form of a check box under the product name and price. This is a quick and easy means of ensuring that, should you encounter any problems or wish to consult our technical staff regarding set up and usage, that you can simply pick up the phone or drop us an email for help.
Following an online or phone support purchase, confirmation will be sent by email. This email will also contain log in details granting you access to our online support area.
Toward to end of a support contract you should be notified by email or telephone. You will then have the opportunity to renew support if required.
Support Renewal
Support for individual items such as software and hardware can also be renewed on a 12 month basis. To do this, simply contact our sales staff for pricing and details.
