Lunson Mitchenall approached VoicePower Limited to find an integrated digital dictation solution. VoicePower recommended we look at the Olympus DS – 4000 system which seemed the best way to accommodate our working in practices.

I must say that I found the installation of the digital dictation and voice recognition systems to be more painless than I had anticipated. When we did encounter any problems (arising from our systems and unfamiliarity) they were quickly resolved on contacting your office. We are very pleased with the digital dictation. My secretary finds it much clearer than the old tapes and I find it to be much easier to keep track of dictation in process and my secretary’s workload. I have yet to make full use of the voice recognition software but I am happy with it. It is surprisingly (for me) accurate. The combination of the products and your services are to be commended and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to others.
