My role with Leeds City Council is to facilitate the Access to Work Scheme for employees employed within the Social Care Function. This requires the buying-in of specialist software and hardware, amongst other items, and the required training that is required to enable employees to use this type of provision.
One of the companies I use for this very complicated area of ICT is a company called VoicePower, which is a locally based and who have a wealth of experience within this area and who respond quickly and efficiently to any and all problems this type of specialist and often troublesome equipment/software present to Leeds City Council employees.
