Set Up and installation is typically included where larger scale hardware and software quotations are requested or purchased. Nonetheless, this service can also be offered to those who have kit from another source but now require assistance with the set up.
Group training for end users on the use of hardware and software (e.g. digital recorder and management software) is typically provided where dictators and transcriptionists can be tutored in small groups. This ensures everyone concerned has an understanding of the system and those specific areas they will be operating and using on a daily basis.
In employing VoicePower to conduct the installation you can be safe in the knowledge you maximise your investment. The solution will be set up to optimise usage, efficiency and effectiveness, and perhaps most importantly, to suit your working styles and practice.
Installation with VoicePower automatically includes 6 months telephone, email and remote access support for the end users. This may then be reviewed and extended on a 12 month basis.
